Our Chef Hugo Silva and his team have created an executive menu, which varies on a daily basis and is available at the Bougainvillea Terrace.
Our executive lunches, include: soup, choice of main dish (fish or meat), dessert, coffee and a drink (mineral water or soft drink or a glass of wine).

- Green cabbage soup with sausage
- Braised salmon with parsnip purée and grilled vegetables
- Lamb cutlets with sweet potatoes and sautéed turnip sprouts
- Pear tart tatin with vanilla ice cream
Tue 12-01

- Roasted sea bass with bread, garlic and cilantro soup with prawns
- Stuffed chicken breast with spinach and mozzarella, Stewed quinoa with vegetables

- Chestnuts cream soup with sautéed foie gras
- Roasted meagre with smoked courgette and sautéed vegetables
- Braised duck magret with apple and sweet potatoes gratin, sautéed pack choi cabbage
- Crème brûlée with crunchy almond and yuzo ice cream
Thu 14-01
- Broccoli cream soup with toasted pine nuts
- Baked monkfish with peppers and mussels rice
- Grilled beef entrecôte with mashed potatoes scented with truffle, sautéed spinach
- Almond tart with coffee ice cream
Fri 15-01
- Fish soup
- Baked skate in capers butter, roasted potatoes and stewed cabbage
- Iberian Pork cheeks with pumpkin couscous, smoked aubergine and dry fruits
- Peanut and banana parfait
