ATLANTIC ROOM

Grand ballroom with a maximum capacity of 500 guests (cocktail) and has hosted numerous prestigious national and international events. Featuring plenty of natural light from large windows overlooking the gardens, this space is ideal for conferences, banquets, receptions, and product launches.

EUROPE ROOM

100 people (theater style)

In this elegant room of the Hotel, the architecture and decor in a distinctive European style make the perfect setting for banquets, cocktail parties or medium-sized meetings in comfortable and prestigious surroundings.

IMPERIAL ROOM

60 people (banquet style)

The Imperial Room, adorned with marble finishes, chandeliers, paintings and tapestries, is the Grand Salon of the Hotel. It is ideal for prestigious meetings or receptions and opens onto a pleasant terrace through its wide windows and doors.

PARK SUITE

120 people (theater style)

With a capacity for 120 people, the Park Suite is equipped with the highest and most modern standards of comfort and technology. Capable of being divided into two rooms (for approximately 90 and 30 people each), the Park Suite also has a spacious, comfortable Foyer which can be used for secretarial support and coffee breaks. In addition, the Park Suite has its own toilets. Moving bulky and heavy materials and equipment directly from the street into the room is facilitated by a connecting bridge with the outside.

TROPICAL ROOM

50 people (theater style)

This room rivals the others for its extraordinary beauty and comfort. Decorated with trompes loeil of tropical scenes and spectacularly furnished, the Tropical Room is the ideal setting for meetings, working lunches and gala dinners with a moderate number of participants.

BRIDGE ROOM

34 people (theater style)

Opening onto the private garden terrace of the Hotel through large French windows, this comfortable room with its tasteful decor is ideal for holding meetings and for private dining with a small number of participants.

LUCIAN DONNAT ROOM

20 people (theater style)

A new addition to Hotel Palácio’s meeting rooms, offering the same standard of comfort as the other rooms. Located on the ground floor, it’s ideal for moderate-sized meetings and is named after a famous interior designer who transformed the hotel over 50 years ago to maintain its status as the Grande Dame of European hotels.

SINTRA ROOM

50 people (theater style)

Located on the mezzanine floor with easy access, it benefits from four large windows that let in abundant natural light. With its facilities and technologies, this room is often used for holding courses, seminars and meetings.

EDEN ROOM

12 people (single table)

This small, cosy room on the mezzanine floor of the Hotel Palácio offers the quiet conditions required for meetings for a maximum of 12 people.

The Hotel Palacio’s garden is a spacious and stunning oasis of tranquillity. With its vast lawns and profusion of colourful flowers, it provides an idyllic setting for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature.
