Executive Menu

Our Chef Hugo Silva and his team have created an executive menu, which varies on a daily basis and is available at the Bougainvillea Terrace.
Our executive lunches, include: soup, choice of main dish (fish or meat), dessert, coffee and a drink (mineral water or soft drink or a glass of wine).
Monday 30-11
- Broccoli cream soup
- Salmon raviolis with caramelized fennel
- Grilled lamb cutlets with ratatouille and sweet potatoes chips
- Pavlova with mascarpone cream, raspberry sorbet
Tuesday 1-12
- Pumpkin cream soup with toasted seeds
- Roasted sea bass with sautéed vegetables and spinach cream
- Baked duck breast, caramelized orange and parsnips purée, violet potatoes chips–
- Peanuts parfait with banana sorbet
Wednesday 2-12
- Carrot cream soup with ginger
- Grilled octopus with garlic cream, sautéed turnip sprouts and roasted potatoes
- Braised veal with sweet potatoes, sautéed green beans and grilled pleurotes
- Brownie with hazelnut foam, vanilla ice cream
Thursday 3-12
- Onion cream soup with with cheese toast
- Sole rolls stuffed with prawns, saffron risotto
- Sirloin steak with celery textures, sautéed spinach
- Pear and anise tart tatin with praliné ice cream
Friday 4-12
- Crab soup
- Soft boilled egg with mushrooms, flour sausage and barley
- Chicken breast stuffed with foie gras , Jerusalem artichokes purée and sweet potatoes chips
- Raspberry mille - feuilles with pistacchio ice cream
