The Estoril Wellness Center has created a health programme especially for you. Based on a balanced diet and regular physical exercise, the programme comprises exclusive treatments at the Wellness Center. Your personalized regime begins with a complete physical and nutritional appreciation which will be monitored during your stay and our specialized and integrated team will ensure you receive expert advice on what your body needs and help you achieve your goal focusing on a long term lifestyle change.
Your SLIMMING 7-day programme includes:
- One Preliminary phone consultation with lead specialist (1 week before arrival)

Price per person, in Euros, including VAT at the current rate and valid until 31 December 2023.
Reservation and payment should be done at least 7 business days before arrival. Programme is not available in August and from 15 Dec. 2023 until 5 Jan. 2024.
All activities and treatments must be booked prior to arrival and subject to availability at the time of reservation. The start of programme is on Monday or Wednesday, check-in the day before. Not cumulative with other special offers or promotions. The programme inclusions are unbreakable and non-refundable, unused items will be forfeited and cannot be reimbursed. Estoril Wellness Center reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. Minimum age for programme and Spa facilities & services: 16 years old.
