Executive Menu

    

Our Chef Hugo Silva and his team have created an executive menu, which varies on a daily basis and is available at the Bougainvillea Terrace.

Our executive lunches, include: soup, choice of main dish (fish or meat), dessert, coffee and a drink (mineral water or soft drink or a glass of wine).

- Chick peas cream soup with splinted cod fish  
- Grilled lamb cutlets with sweet potato and turnip sprouts  
- Braised salmon with parsnip purée and grilled turnip sprouts
